PARISH REGISTRATION

By registering as a member of St. Dominic Catholic Church, you and your family are eligible to receive sacraments such as Baptism, First Communion, and Confirmation. Active parishioners can also receive benefits regarding weddings, Quinceañeras, and funerals as well as letters of reference for various personal and legal manners (ie. immigration matters and authorization to be Godparents and/or to receive sacraments in other parishes). 

To register, please fill out the registration form below (available in English and Spanish) and either drop off the form in the parish office, in the offering basket at mass, or mail it to the parish office.
